“She's so real!" This is an often-heard comment after Deb has spoken to a group, something she has enjoyed doing for over 16 years.
Deb doesn't just theorize when she gives hope and practical solutions to those who struggle....especially in the area of difficult relationships. Her own brokenness has given her great compassion and insight for others who are hurting or wanting to grow in their relationship with the Lord.
With her vibrant and engaging manner, she speaks profoundly about God's faithfulness and how to embrace a God-honoring life in the midst of almost unbearable circumstances. She and her husband are grateful beyond words for their 40 years of a "not-so-perfect" marriage.
Deb is an author of the book Because I Said Forever: Embracing Hope in a Not-So-Perfect Marriage and a children's book Corey's Dad Drinks Too Much, as well as being a contributor to many other books and magazines.
